AI Personal Accelerator: helping senior executives lead with AI, not just use it
Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet's AI Personal Accelerator is a short, practical programme for senior leaders whose roles are being reshaped by AI. The first cohort starts on Tuesday 3 November, with a second starting on Tuesday 24 November.
This isn't an AI course. It's a leadership capability upgrade. Over three 90-minute online sessions, participants learn to use AI to think more clearly, test their assumptions and make better, faster decisions. They also learn how to role-model AI adoption across their organisation.
Why now
Our research report, Right-Sizing AI at Work, found that 47.4% of workers surveyed use AI tools every day. Yet nearly 1 in 3 have taken no steps to build their AI skills.
For senior leaders, that gap shows up in a particular way. Their teams are already using AI. They're being asked for an AI point of view. And the decisions on their desk are changing faster than their previous experience. The question has moved from "How do I use AI?" to "What should I now do differently as a leader?" The AI Personal Accelerator is built around that second question.
The sessions focus on real decisions, meetings and leadership situations, not tool training. The programme is designed for C-suite, directors and senior managers, and no technical background is needed.
