Outcomes

What you'll gain

The AI Personal Accelerator programme gives business leaders the tools to lead AI adoption across their organisation in ways that go beyond simply boosting productivity within existing workflows. The three-week course helps executives understand how their personal processes can be redesigned to facilitate clearer communications, allow more time for strategic thinking, and lead to faster and better decision-making. Modelling such leadership behaviours has significant downstream positive effects on organisational culture, encouraging employees to embrace change while helping leaders focus on elements of their role that matter most.
