AI Practices for Senior Leaders
AI Practices for Senior Leaders and Executives.
A practical, coaching driven, programme to help senior leaders make better decisions, be more productive and lead confidently in an AI-driven world.
The AI Practices programme equips senior leaders to work differently with AI, not by learning tools in isolation, but by reshaping how they think, decide, and operate day to day, with AI tools at their fingertips.
AI Practices for Senior Leaders and Executives.
AI is no longer a technology problem. It’s a leadership competence gap.
Most executives are surrounded by AI tools, pilots, and initiatives — yet still struggle to:
-
Make better decisions, faster
-
Stand out as credible AI-native leaders
-
Translate AI potential into real business advantage
This programme is designed to change that.
This programme is designed for small groups of senior decision-makers. It will position you as the executive in your organisation who can lead clearly, confidently, and credibly with AI.
This is practical AI competence development, not theory, tools training or hype.

Who it is For
This programme is not for everyone. It is designed for senior leaders who want to:
-
Future-proof your leadership in an AI-driven context
-
Amplify your leadership impact
-
Apply confident judgement in AI informed decision-making
We start with the work of leadership:
- how leaders make decisions
- how you prioritise, sense-make, and exercise judgement
- how you lead others through ambiguity and change
From there, we show you how GenAI can augment those tasks in practical ways.
Rather than teaching a fixed set of tools, which date quickly , we:
- encourage participants to use the tools already available inside their organisation
- help them experiment responsibly within their own constraints
- build repeatable ways of working that travel with them, regardless of tool choice
