•  Why is the programme application-based?

The programme is deliberately kept small to ensure a high-quality senior peer group. Applications help ensure participants are working at a similar level of responsibility and can learn as much from each other as from the content.

• Is this a technical AI training programme?

No. This programme is focused on executive capability, not technicalskills. You won’t be coding or configuring tools. Instead, you’ll learn howto use AI to improve judgment, decision-making, strategy, and how work gets done at senior level.

• How is this different from other AI courses or workshops?

Most AI programmes focus on tools or use cases in isolation. This accelerator focuses on how leaders actually work — decisions, priorities, and workflows. You apply everything directly to your own role, using real challenges rather than generic examples.

• How much time will I need to commit?

Each live session runs for 90 minutes. You’ll need to do 30 minute pre-programme diagnostic. Between sessions, you should expect to spend around one to two hour per week applying what you learn to your own work.

• What happens if I can’t attend one of the live sessions?

All sessions are recorded and shared privately with participants. If you miss a session, you’ll receive the recording and supporting materials so you can stay on track. That said, the programme is designed around live discussion with peers, so we strongly recommend attending all three sessions where possible.
