Looks at leadership's critical role in sparking the cultural change that supports innovation, and how to help that change flourish over the long term. Participants learn to define their organisation's innovation values, identify areas for improvement, and build a people strategy and technology approach that supports innovation.

Helps demystify data strategy and data management, giving participants concrete, practical ways to start building an enterprise data strategy and data architecture. Participants explore the main components of a data strategy, how to align it with business strategy, and the organisational and technical approaches to data governance.
Track: Data & Digital Fluency Skills
Focuses on integrating data analysis and visualisation into an organisation's decision-making process, so insights translate into action rather than staying as reports. Participants build an understanding of the benefits of data-driven decision making and how to apply data directly to their own decisions.

Explores the benefits and risks of digital transformation and how it can be approached responsibly within an organisation. Participants examine the key principles of data ethics and how ethical maturity can be applied to their own digital transformation journey.
Track: Data & Digital Fluency Skills
Looks at the range of data platforms and technologies available today and how using them well can benefit the business, since poorly managed data storage can make retrieval and analysis difficult and costly. Participants gain awareness of the market-leading Big Data platform technologies and the key differences between them.
